Keeping our practice Covid-secure

We work very hard every day to ensure that our practice is Covid secure and have put lots of extra measures in place for your protection and to keep our team safe too.

Dentistry is an essential medical service and we don’t want you to miss out on mouth cancer screening, preventive dental care and the overall benefits of having a healthy mouth.

It is safe for you to attend Evesham Dental Health Team. Many patients have commented that the Covid-19 protective measures at our Evesham dental practice are the best they’ve experienced and they are pleased we are managing the situation so well.

We are open and can continue to provide all aspects of your dental care. With the safety measures in place, we have fewer patients in the building at once, and have extended our opening hours to accommodate the demand for appointments.

We are now paper free

Our records are better when any necessary forms are completed digitally. You will receive an appointment reminder, which includes a link to any forms we require, such as your medical history. We politely ask you to fill in the forms before you visit us.

We have created a Covid-19 Hub area on our website that includes photos and information. Take a look at our video for more details!

E-consultations

We offer  e-consultations and look forward to discussing any questions you may have about your dental health or appearance. You can speak to a member of our team about any concern you’re having or just ask us about any dental treatments you’re curious about.

This will be an easy and light-hearted video call, where you can see us face to face and chat. Just visit our website to book.

When you arrive

Please let us know that you have arrived at 16 Broadway Road by responding to our text message, or ring the doorbell if you don’t have a mobile phone.

We advise that you wear a mask at all times when moving around inside the dental practice and only remove your mask in the treatment room.

We will check your temperature on arrival, and if this is above 37.8C you will be advised to rebook your treatment and to follow government guidelines. As you enter the building you will be asked to use the alcohol gel and then be taken to wash your hands.

The treatment rooms will be disinfected prior to your appointment. The air purification and air exchange units will continue to be used throughout the day in each treatment room. We all wear the appropriate PPE.

As you would expect, we continue to maintain the high standards of cross infection control as we always have done. Keep well, stay safe and please contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you soon.
